If the client is interested in the resume, the candidate will first take a test, if they pass the test they will be asking to come for an in-person interview.
Looking for a Sr. Java Developer who has a “can do attitude” and has experience with “story carding in an Agile environment”. This candidate will be joining a development team in effort to increase productivity and encourage team collaboration.
The right candidate will have the ability to be a hands on leader. This person needs to be enthusiastic, charismatic and is used to being constantly challenged.
The perfect candidate will be self motivated and able to lead by example to bring a team together to work cohesively. A strong team player and a people person with good interpersonal customer (a Marketing firm) is expecting a medium to high level, well experienced developer with the following key skills:
1. Excellent understanding of Java, JavaScript, and layered Service architectures
2. Excellent understanding of TDD and Agile Best Practices
3. Ability to work well both independently and in group settings with a diverse set of counterparts
4. Ability to review business needs and develop a well-defined set of requirements and features
5. At least some Experience with ExtJS and Direct Web Remoting would be a plus
